Dear fashionlanders, kindly help proffer solution to this. I noticed that my ankles have swollen, bigger than they used to be. Thus it makes my feet look bigger. In actual fact, it doesn't pain me or give me any discomfort but it looks unsightly. A friend of me told me it is too much of red meat that causes it. Is it true? Please can anybody recommend the solution or remedy for me to stop it. Thanks
