Well to answer your question, yes u can browse and download unlimited if u are using a blackberry. If you are not using a blackberry otherwise u are going to have to subscribe to a normal data bundle.

asudan: Is because of mobile number portability that is making them to reduce BIS rate. What of other smart phones? Are they not inclusive in their subscribe base.

jcgodfrey: U can stream from youtube but it will charge from your airtime, so if u have 0 naira, it won't stream. I normally stream short videos like 20-40 seconds, charges N50 max. E.g, lastnite I streamed a short clip of Robinho n Balotelli making fun of Boateng's new dyed hair in training. Lol. And Akon discussing when he first met Michael Jackson.
But if its a 2-minute n above video, in order to avoid heavy streaming charges, I convert the youtube video to 3gp format online (ixconverter.net or mp3avi.net) and then download it. That way ur airtime won't be zapped.
Lastly, I wanna ask of the opting out thing, cos I once subscribed for a week on etisalat bb n when I recharged 1,5 after switching from mtn, it auto-renewed a week for me instead of a month's subscription which I intended. So customer care asked me to opt out b4 I renew for a month. My subscription ends on Friday, so I wanna ask when I should opt out cus I have 1k airtime n it won't be funny if it auto-renews when am asleep, lol. If I opt out today, does it mean my week's subscription will end prematurely? Thanks.
