Our Company has developed a range of consumer products and services and now requires the services of professional, out-of-the-box, go-beyond-the-call-of-duty marketing and sales officers. We expect you to accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, developing and implementing sales plans with little or no supervision, carrying-out extensive sales of corporate services and products. You will have weekly and monthly targets that should be met and exceeded. For your efforts, you will receive commensurate incentives.

Specific Job Duties:

Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; developing, implementing and tracking field sales action plans.
Fulfills sales and marketing requirements including meeting and exceeding pre-set targets, while ensuring the highest professional standards in customer experience and service delivery
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying and fulfilling consumer requirements;
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Performs all other sales and marketing tasks as required by the management


Skills/Qualifications:

HND or BSC Marketing, Business Administration or related field
1 - 3 years cognate experience
Fantastic sales acumen. Must be able to sell ice to Eskimos!
Knowledge of the fundamentals - Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Client Relationships, Creative Services
Computer literacy. Skillful use of Ms Applications


Remuneration Package:

N360,000 N600,000 annual salary payable monthly contingent on sales and experience
10% commission on sales payable with monthly salary
Communication allowance
Other incentives and salary review based on successful probation and excellent performance
