The New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) Planning and Coordinating Agency (hereinafter referred to as the “NEPAD Agency”) and the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP - EU (hereinafter referred to as “CTA”) have joined forces in celebrating 50th Anniversary of the founding of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU).
