An international learning centre for young children is looking for child care professionals, trainers and teachers with experience in early child education and development.
The Candidate
Candidates aspiring to work in a world class oriented educational organization with passion for child education and posses foundational experience in early child education and child development programs will be considered
• Candidates shall have child management abilities; a demonstrable passion for working with children and helping them learn will be a significant advantage
2. Candidates shall have the capability for making learning fun by creating specific learning programs and play events designed to educate specific subject and broaden the child’s learning experience
3. Candidates demonstrate innovative, novel and ingenious ways and out of the normal approaches to class events aimed at ensuring effective communication of learning objective and development of child natural abilities
4. Candidate must demonstrate capability for working with limited supervision; ability to use IT infrastructure to research and develop lesson strategies from the internet is a critical requirement.
5. Candidates must have skill level knowledge of the use of Microsoft office application.
6. Candidate must have excellent reporting skill and shall be able to produce daily report of child’s performance
7. Candidate must have high ethical standard, innovative ability, strong interpersonal skill and organization capability

The Responsibility
• Develop learning plans, strategies and aids to effectively communicate learning objective
• Develop innovative and novel approaches to increase child’s learning experience in ways that that make learning fun
• Document child daily performance
• Evaluate child daily educational and development performances and indentify child’s developmental need
• Advice on solutions to meet child’s specific educational and developmental need
• Identify child natural abilities and learning pattern and design strategies to enhance/celebrate it
• Document and Communicate with team leads and parent about child performance
• Ensure classroom ambience that promotes conducive learning environment is maintained
• Develop artifacts and conditions appropriate to communicating lesson topics/subject planned
• Organize the class room and ensure it is neat, conducive and hygienic
• Ensure that children in the class receive adequate attention necessary for effective learning
• Create learning events in ways that captures child learning interest
• Ensure the academic curricula and program are sufficiently treated.

Minimum Qualification:
NCE, OND, HND, B.ED and Bsc in Sciences, Arts, Mathematics, English, Psychology,

Experience
1-3 yrs

Remuneration:
Competitive and shall be based on experience
