It's still a virgin land and what we're working on presently is to fence the estate. It's after the plots have been fully aquired that we can then move into other phase of the estate development.

The project is executed in 3phases:
Phase 1- Land aquisition scheme.
Phase 2- Infrastructure development.
Phase 3- Housing development.

It's until after the 1st Phase has been accomplished that the features listed on the advert can come into place. We both know that the land can never go for this price once developmental projects have commenced.

Believe you me, once the perimeter fencing is complete, subscribers who have earlier purchased the plots will never sell below #1,000,000. Make hay while d sun shine bro... Besides, any investment in properties or land never depreciates over time rather it appreciates and adds value. Especially when the land is free from environmental degradation of all sorts.
