Green Arrow doesn't have a lot of villains.
From Ra's Al Ghul to Solomon Grundy to Deadshot to Damien Darhk to Prometheus etc, all are Batman villains not Green Arrow's.

The truth is Amell's Batman will take on any live action Batman and win. I'm sure eventually, Batfleck will pull some crazy feats outta his ass to prove his place on the team but till then, Amell's Arrow is over him.

Also, Green Arrow will take on the early versions of Batman(before the excessive amp) and win. He should be able to put up a tough fight against current comics Batman(he'd prolly lose though) because contrary to popular belief, Batman is not the best martial artist in DC. It's when you start bringing in that prep time BS that Batman floors him.
