Ø Maintaining the schedule of daily bank balances.

Ø Monitoring of bank deposits from customers to ensure this report is accurate as it is the input for bank reconciliation.

Ø Carrying out Monthly Bank reconciliation.

Ø Tracking bank charges and following up on wrong deductions from the bank.

Ø Run cash flow projection when required.

Ø Preparation of ledger accounts.

Ø Carrying out of statutory remittances.

Ø Carrying out of inventory control and management.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The ideal candidate must possess the following.

v B.Sc. / HND in Accounting or any numerate field (ACCA/ICAN Membership is an added advantage)

v Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision.

v Be able to design and implement internal control system.

v Possession of auditing experience will be an added advantage.

v Must have at least 2 – 3 years post NYSC working experience.

v Must be able to prepare ledger accounts to final accounts for Management use and External Auditors use.

v Must possess good analytical skills, good communication skills, neat, dynamic and intelligent.

v Must be hardworking and honest

Ø Maintenance of company vehicle fleet.

Ø Ensure the hospital’s equipments are in good working condition,

Ø Carrying out of routine maintenance of hospital equipments and machineries.

Ø Liaise with vendors for supply of hospital consumables.

Ø Maintain stock inventory of hospital supplies.

Ø Supply staff in each unit with their daily office items to help them carry out their various job functions.

Ø Ensure stock and supplies optimally utilized and make prompt request to replace depleted items/stocks.

Ø Monitoring of fuel/gas utilization by vehicles and hospital machineries to ensure efficient and economic utilization.

Ø Attends to daily staff welfare.

Ø Supervision of cleaners, drivers and other support staff to ensure these carry out their job function to make for realization of hospital objectives.
