Twinskenny Refund might be impossible if you consider that time, data and energy have been applied, it's almost the same as Mikky charging for a failed pick up. So the best you can hope for is another link if the previous link has expired or no longer available as the item have been sold.

Oludare37 you need to let your customers be aware that you're not the only one chatting with a particular seller as there are 10s of other people too. In view of this, you need to state in clear terms how you wish to resolve the issue of unavailable links/sold items either to provide them a new link or a percentage of their money is refunded.
