The consultant will use APEA methodology to analyze the emergency response Ecosystem in North East (NE) Nigeria with a focus on the health sector
Consultant will seek to better understand the impact of the NE Nigeria security and humanitarian crisis on the health system as well as the factors and incentives that affect social accountability within the health sector in Borno State
