Overall Responsibilities

Specific Responsibilities
Typing correspondence
Fax, scan, bind and photocopy documents
Arrange and set up meetings and conference calls
Organize and arrange courier services as well as maintaining waybills in an orderly manner
With the assistance and supervision of the Office Manager develop a filing system for all project work i.e. reports and correspondence
Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring proper use
Manage schedules and take minutes of staff meetings as well as developing agenda for such meetings and ensuring the distribution of the minutes.
Receive and make project related phone calls and necessary appointments
Sort and date incoming mail and distributing them accordingly
Receive and direct visitors accordingly, taking appropriate messages
Perform other secretarial and office duties as may be assigned by Senior Officers
 
Qualifications
University degree preferred
Significant office management experience
Strong organizational skills, understanding the importance of paying attention to detail
Computer skills, proficient  in MS Word and Excel
Significant experience in general office practice and secretarial duties
Creativity, flexibility, sound judgment, ability to take initiative, and carry out work independently
Good communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse staff, and consultants

mine is 11am..d essence of d test is to grade u and wt ur score..Gradexchange will be sending u new vacancies matching ur profile on their site n wen u apply for dem, u wont write test again but interview..so put in ur best..

Please can sum1 apply 2day I want to apply for sum1. My time is 4pm

its gonna be a computer-based test.......56 questions
20 from numerical reasoning , 20 from verbal reasoning and 16 from d abstract part.....and d duration of d test is 50 mins. The numerical part is gonna include a lot of tables and ratios.....so ensure u get conversant with ratios and multiplication tables .....
Verbal reasoning is most
time a short passage with true and false questions and abstract is all about recognizing patterns and shapes...........
Ensure u get at least an average mark in each part and make judicious use of d limited time available........

Ensure u read and understand d stated instructions well b4 attempting d verbal reasoning and understand d passage well..... I see us all dusting d test(50% and above) ....in Jesus name!!
