I think you have two problems, is either you're greedy or just dull. I pity your sorry ass, better be careful man.

Meanwhile, it's only the owner or his/her personal representative can withdraw the money.

1. He/she may convert it into dollar and send it down through western union or money gram.

2. Through bank transfer if you've domiciliary account.

I guess this is the first time this poster is getting online since he left his/her village. If not, he should have been aware of this type of scam coming to an average email box at least once in a week. Anyway, someone here is even guessing that the poster may be a regular scammer wanting to use this method to catch attention of prospective victims. Who knows!
