physise: load N100 n subscribe for 10mb it should work my problem is I have not been able to use my Facebook or any other social network app. And its only opera mini that opens, the likes of Google chrome, uc browser etc wouldn't open. I need help. tanx |

Marthakings: I subscribed for 2g on my airtel line wif 1500... I use a Tecno Q1... Whn and B4 I subscribed, I have been using 3g to browse... After about 2 weeks of my subscription, the 3g stopped functioning... It only browses on GSM mode and itz too damn slow for my liking... (all oda sims browse on 3g xcept dat my airtel sim).... I put d sim in my oda fone (Asha 302) and it still didnt work on 3g... Whn I switch to 3g, d network jst seizes immediately... I put d sim in my modem to browse on my pc and it still browses on only 2g... Itz jst too slow... My downloads aint fast... I called customer care and dey didnt help... They jst kept telling me to call back later... Pls I need help... Av got 1.11GB remaining and itz xpiring on d 16th of dis month... Any suggestion?I'm having the same problem too. Maybe it's just a general thing!! |

Its still working and its what am using.. I did the airtel bbum3 that's 3k for 3months 6gig is what's giving. |

please house i need your view on this...a friend of mine who uses an android(S3) got an airtel sim and he subscribed for the #1500 data plan and it didn't work at all.....so house i am asking what could be the cause or does he need to do any form of settings...please i need ur help on this |

opestein: AIRTEL JUST LAUNCHED A NEW PLAN FOR BB USERS,BB UNLIMITED.I GUESS FROM THE ABOVE NAME,ITS MEANS UNLIMITED DATA(MB). The first time I was trying to subscribed for my wife, I follow the method http://www.biztechclass.com/airtel-blackberry-unlimited-on-modem-and-android-phone/, but when that was expired I need to call the customer care for the subscription to be reactivated, and that is working very fine now! |

Pls house, I use android 4.0. my vpn doesnt connect google play store, whatsapp, and some other notable application, it connect only oper mini. what could be wrong? what can i do? i use mtn bbc and my APN is blackberry.net |

jonesin: e dey work 4 u becos u dey work 4 airtel shop,I noticed and somehow was told that this bis works on some Sims and dosent work on some cos I did buy like 3 Sims and tried the one day own and they didnt work, just got this sim yesterday, with the normal apn settings and proxy 172.18.254.5 and port 8080, when buying sim, go for those Sims that is all red not the sim with white markings. |

I am also having issues with the Airtel Unlimited. i did one week plan and it worked fine, but when i did the Unlimited since on tuesday it has only worked with my whats app. every other app is not connecting. but the regular Bis #1200 plan works fine with my sim. still waiting to see if the idiat will com 2 its senses. I use Android m3 by the way. I have given the sim to my frien who is using a blackbery device since it works fine on his phone. but we noticed he is browsing and airtel is not deducting the mb. it is still at the 2063mb. |

Airtel Settings are specifically designed to give you speed and accuracy, pls ensure that your settings are: APN: internet.ng.airtel.com Username: internet Password: internet And guys stop calling customer care to rectify Data issues especially when You subscribe to a Blackberry plan on your non-blackberry device.
