Hi Guys, I use a tecno android phone and am enjoting it more than ma stupid bb 9900. I hotspot with my laptop and i am the first leg semi final both matches. I watched it live online. But it was meant to expire tomorrow but stop working last night. One this I am sure off is that with the andriod stuff, u can use more than 350mb cause I knew wht I downoad on my techno fone.

Subscribing tomorrow morning. I do subscribe weekly, I will like to know about monthly subscrition and how 1hr thing works when it stop working from the original sub.

Well, I tested the BBCDay and I must say I used it well. Streamed on Youtube, downloaded a couple stuffs and browsed without restrictions. All these activities on my laptop!

Mine has stopped connecting, Network diagnostics shows that the problem is with the dns.

MTN showed me pepper last month. The only network that says BBC is unlimited data and says it officially is ETISALAT. It is what I switched too after using MTN BBC for two years. Me and jonesin have overbeaten this issue. MTN treats customers differently. Some will have unlimited data on BBC while some will get credit deduction after serious downloading. Pple like ciphoenix enjoy unlimited data BBC while pple like me will get their data deducted after the cap whatever it is but well over 350mb. So if u subscribe to BBC and your credits start reducing after serious downloading then take it like that. MTN's aim is to make as much money as possible and even chop some people's credit. I figured that pple like ciphoenix enjoying unlimited data are like a bait for heavy data users (mostly geekies) like me to bliv MTN is unlimited and get our credit reduced when we exceed the data limit.To support my assertion, MTN will never tell u their BBC is unlimited. The data limit is shrouded in their "fair usage policy" more like "FEAR USAGE policy".

delvinmaya: Pls don't mind those screaming its unlimited. Its a big farce. Subscribed BBC two weeks ago, and now I can only ping or browse when I have call credit on my line. Called the mofos at MTN and they told me I have exhausted my MB. They told me its now 350MB for BBCMONTHLY. So I called them just now, and its still 350mb for 1k, and 1gb for 1500k(dats d BISMONTHLY). The only way you can get unlimited is buy the unlimited sim

Or using Etisalat. Etisalat has unlimited data.

Well, i have been using the BBCDAY now for 2 days (subscribed each day) and i must say it works way beyond perfection on my laptop. Fast and i have used up over 500MB Just dis morning alone. Don't know if it will stop after 2GB or not. I'm just glad my downloads can go in one piece.

After u put on ur mobile hotspot, go to d mobile hotspot settings and change the auto shut off timer to something greater. I use 15mins
