I don't know whether to laugh at this writer or just tell him he is stewpid. If Dianyigote has refused to set up his branch of business in the southeast, who cares? Those places he set up his business, are they better than the southeast? this is what i call inferiority complex. smh 9 Likes 1 Share |

Chie nawa ooo, to extend of finding the meaning of DANGOTE in igbo language, after you will find the meaning of musiwa, seun buhari dongoyaro, danjuma in igbo language What a pity. Inferiority complex at work. they are begging him to site a company in SE, how many company has dangote sited in north-west(KANO) where he comes from? I beg this man is just a business man who consider location before siting. On a lighter mood, Dangote means in Igbo: “Dan, please buy”. It could have also been a corruption of the Igbo expression “Di anyi, gote,” which in English means: “Dear, please buy”. It may not be asking for too much if Dangote is urged to conduct a DNA test and make the result public. 2 Likes |

Silliness!!! When the businessman sights business opportunities to tap into, he will sight and site places and factories favourable to his investment decisions. The same way FG goes around seeking foreign investors, if the climate is positive, bees will come to the pot without advertising. |

Dangote knows his business more than the writer however, the writer understand business and nigeria politics. Igbos however, can invest and populate their land though thats not gonna be easy owing to Igbos penchant for travelling, adventure and living out 'One nigeria syndrome'. Meanwhile,i like the man's description of Dangote as an Igbo.In olden days,Romans would say,'A human being is a Roman citizen'.Therefore, presently,a successful man is actually an Igboman.Bill Gates,Warren Buffet,Arthur Eze,Aliko Dangote,Wale Tinubu are all Igbo men. 2 Likes |

The writer only made a joke, and in no way tried to insinuate that aliko dangote is Igbo, he actually hinted the joke with his "...on a lighter note". 2 Likes |

It is, however, curious that Dangote has not sited any of his factories in Igboland, the land of the people he shares business DNA with. He may need to explain if this is deliberate and coincidental. LMAO, wahala dey o! So Dangote is now Di anyi gote and shares his DNA with Igbo people? 2 Likes |

Just take a look at the nonsense that a regional media organisation spewed out on their front page ,when people stop buying their paper they would turn around and accuse GEJ of being a retardeen and favoring only Niger delta media houses, this report is only for soft sell magazines or could punch be going the way of Next newspapers which tried to survive by selling scathing stories on Philip Emeagwali hoping to get wider igbo readership. This could be another way of driving traffic to their liquidated site by uploading controversial write ups by just any body having an igbo surname 1 Like |

It is "punch"-Most widely read newspaper in Nigeria. Nigerians are really buying the paper I tell you Wouldn't have taken it serious had it been it is all those gossip magazine site, but as for punch no way. Don't blame the region you believed is in control of the nation's media because no one is stopping other regions from telling whatever story they like in theirs. Dangote shares the same business D.N.A With the igbos in that he has the same business acumen as the igbos.. The major reason why any of his factories are not in igbo land is because of the fear of victimization by the igbos in future because of old wounds from the past ..it is a delierate act to play safe. |

eko ilee: I don't even know why ibo folks are throwing their own brother under the bus simple because he reiterated what you people sa and do all the time. ^^^You knew what you were doing when you posted this stinking shi/t! You seem eager to believe and post any rubbish that serves your aim of 'trying' to get one over on Igbos (or ridicule them at the very least). If anyone expects a Fulani that's been involved in gov't patronage (together with his entire extended family of uncles and cousins) and amassed the bulk of his wealth by virtue of being in the corridors of power.....if anyone expects such a person to locate a multi-million dollar enterprise in Alaigbo, then that person must be high on some extra-strong igbo!; more so the dumbfuc/k that authored this shi/t, given where he's from. Yarning all that stuff about locating industries based on sound economic/financial decisions doesn't cut it either; this is Nigeria, and parochial/ethnic considerations trumps all others. The fact of the matter is that some people/s believe in this 'one Nigeria' insofar as it's favourable to their bank balance and guarantees economic security for them and their kinsfolk......that's as far as they're prepared to take it! 2 Likes |

The reason he hasn't sited his business in SE is cos Ibeto his arch enemy and arch rival in cement business is from that region. Ibeto over the years has bn a jinx to Dangote's inordinate ambition to monopolise cement business and impose high price on it. But who cares? Easterners in general prefer Ibeto and eagle cements to his. 1 Like |
