Why are some christian guys so afraid to approach a woman?

Most of the guys in my church are so shy and quiet, they are so afraid to talk to women,and they give all of the signs that they like a girl, but they lack the confidence to come up to her and talk to her.

On the other hand , guys who are not in church have confidence an Swag. They don't care about rejection if they like a girl they will come up to her and talk to her. Guys why do you do this and Ladies have you experience this in the church ?

I haven't had that experience at church, quite the opposite. Some people go to church on the hunt. Most of the very devout shy Christian men I know I've met in other places like work, or through mutual friends. They will learn eventually how to go after things they want in life.

and since you're comparing guys in the church with guys outside the church, obviously you have your personal tastes.
