Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the Project Manager – Front Office Systems will be responsible for the planning and management of the full project lifecycle for all operational projects. The PM-FOS will be responsible for Stakeholder management.

5 years post graduate experience in Information Technology
Demonstrable project management experience
Competent user of Microsoft Project, Visio and MS Office products
Aviation/travel industry experience preferred

Position: Network Administrator

The Network Administrator is responsible for administration and performance management of the Arik Air Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) and relevant equipment.

In addition, their role encompasses the administration and management of the Company’s IP telephony systems.

Cisco devices administration
LAN implementation and management
Network Access Storage server administration

Position: Systems Administrator

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Systems Administrator is responsible for administration and performance management of the installed base of corporate systems at Arik Air, and the servers and networks they reside and depend on.

Minimum requirements

University degree
3 years post graduate experience in Information Technology
LAN implementation and management
Network Access Storage server administration
Microsoft 2003 Server Active Directory implementation and administration
Microsoft 2003 Exchange Server / Client implementation and administration

Position: IT Trainer
Division: Information Technology
Location: Lagos
Status: Full Time

The IT Trainer will be responsible for the training of all staff in the use of computer and telecommunications hardware and software in order to ensure that maximum benefit is derived from the investment. The IT trainer may be required to travel in order to fulfill the obligations of the role and/or assist HR with their e-learning programme.

Training will encompass the use of computer hardware and telephones, plus standard desktop software applications i.e word processing, spreadsheets, internet, e-mail, presentations and business applications.

Minimum requirements

University degree, preferably in Computer Science
5 years post qualification industry experience
Experience in preparing corporate training programmes
Experience of preparing training programmes using all delivery mediums

Position: Web Administrator

The Web Administrator's key responsbilities are to design and implement the organisation’s internet, intranet and extranet websites; ensure the contents of the sites is up to date; manage the security of the sites.

Minimum requirements

A minimum of 18 months experience designing and managing corporate sites is required

5 years post qualification industry experience
