The University Matriculation Examination is coming up this saturday 27th April, 2013. And also students nationwide are writing the WASSCE as well as the 'Junior WAEC'. This again brings to fore the desperation of candidates in passing these exams at all cost.
This issue of exam malpractise has become one of the greatest problems bedevilling our nation today. It does not only destroy the educational sector, but the psyche of hardwork in youths. Invariably the nation is already paying dearly for it, as these youths are the leaders of tommorow. In later years many of them will only see shortcuts as the best way to success rather than hardwork.
This has got to a level whereby those who can afford it are sending their wards to nearby countries where they can have qualitative education.

What can do as a nation and individual to stop it? Who is really responsible for this trash; the govt, parents, teachers, the students themselves, the law enforcement agents or still the society at large?
