I started taking bitters about 3 years ago. I take the capsules of Living Bitters which is dry powder and has no alcohol. Initially I used to take one every month or so but nowadays if I don't take within 10 days I don't feel well at all. Have I become addicted or my system can't tolerate impurity as before? Otherwise can taking bitters too often lead to health hazards? |
