EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The National Accounts sales team is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support for Division Vice President of Sales and a team of Sales Leaders in performing clerical, administrative and general office duties. These duties can range from typing, record and file maintenance, mail distribution, telephone reception and travel arrangements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Performs complex clerical, administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. Routes and answers issues and correspondence not requiring executive's attention. Independently establishes, organizes and maintains files of executive's correspondence and initiates follow up as needed. Compiles, analyzes and summarizes statistics and information in highly complex graphical presentation formats.
Communicates new policies and procedures to the department and coordinates the gathering of information as directed, using significant independent judgment to achieve desired results.
Creates formulas/formats of moderate complexity and determines hardware/software requirements. Coordinates off-site meetings and conventions. May provide support to other members of senior management. Process expense reports.
Decision Making/Judgement - Must be innovative and make substantial individual judgements and recommendations. May have responsibility for vendor and Internet research, analysis, contract and price negotiation
Contacts (Internal/External) - Substantial contact with internal/external individuals at all levels. Must be able to work with associates in multiple roles and with all levels along with senior management.
Supervision Received - Limited supervision. May assign work and provide guidance and direction to others in the department or in other departments.






Experience, Skills, Academic:

High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience. Some college courses/specialized secretarial training preferred.
2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant III or in a moderately complex administrative position required.
Typing ability of 60-WPM and advanced proficiency in Microsoft office (i.e. Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.) and other software applications required.
Proven proficiency in complex clerical, administrative and general office duties required.
Profiency in multiple mobile technology tools is required (I-Pad, I-phone, etc.)
Familiarity with the Internet required.
Ability to work with senior executives.
Prior knowledge/experience in ADP National Sales Department's operations and policies and company procedures preferred.
Must possess excellent communication skills, including oral, written and listening skills.
Mustpossess the ability to handle matters that are confidential.
Demonstrated analytical ability in preparing reports and gathering statistical data
Must be assertive, creative and be able to work independently and anticipate and address issues in the executive's absence.
Independent thought, ability to be innovative, and decision-making skills are needed.

Position: eLearning Instructional Designer (100% Telecommute)

We are working exclusively with our client in identifying an eLearning Instructional Designer to rebrand, build and revise Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) modules utilizing Captivate 6.0. Most of the content has been developed and just needs rebranding and revising to ensure that all modules have the same look and feel.

In this role, you will develop a template for the client to use internally for training modules that follow a similar storyboard to easily insert content into the template. You will provide a time estimate for the project after an interview.

Qualified candidates will be proficient with Saba and Saba settings such that the uploading of the courses into Saba is done correctly so the courses run and track correctly in Saba.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 month with possible extension
Location: 100% Virtual

Experience Required:

3+ years of eLearning instructional design experience
Proficient in Captivate 6.0 and must have own software license
Experience with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) content
Experience rebranding modules for look and feel
Highly experienced with Saba and ability to share tips for working in the Saba content server, uploading and running courses in Saba and reporting.
