The number portability survey on nairaland ended with the follow result: A total of 140 people from all the "big four" networks participated in the polls(according to the rules). There are no participants from other networks. Here's a network by network list of participants- 104 MTN consumers; 17 Glo consumers; 11 Airtel consumers; 8 Etisalat consumers and; No participants from other networks. Of the 104 MTN consumers, 19.2% are porting to Glo; 26.9% are porting to Airtel; 53.9% are porting to Etisalat. Of the 17 Glo users, 35.3% are porting to MTN; 17.7% are porting to Airtel; 47.0% are porting to Etisalat. Of the 11 Airtel consumers, 18.2% are porting to MTN; 9.1% are porting to Glo; 72.7% are porting to Etisalat. Of the 8 Etisalat consumers, 62.5% are porting to MTN; 12.5% are porting to Glo; 25% are porting to Airtel. As there are no other participants from other networks, the porting data for other networks remain "unknown". I'll leave you all to draw your conclusions from this statistics. Happy porting! |
