So, because they got beaten twice, it changes everything they have done over the years? You must think that's how life is. To show that you're the best, you have to prove yourself time and time again. I will like to see Bayern and Dortmund repeating this feat nex season and in subsequent seasons. I hope this is not a flash in the pan especially for dortmund. Barca and La Liga remains the best.
Why the double standard? Weren't you the one yabbing epl? Do you know that since 2005 till date epl has missed the finals only twice?? In 2010 and 2013?..

I agree that Barca needs good defends but it's funny how you guys always seem to discover what is wrong with a team only when they lose. XAVi has always been rated as one of the best midfielders and no one has spoken about his age. All of a sudden his age has been brought to the fore because Barca lost?

I don't think so. Next season should begin the rebuilding phase of Barca. Players like Muniesa, Thiago, Rafa Alcantara, Gerard Deulofeu, Jonathan Dos Santos, Montoya, Tello, Cuenca, Sergi Roberto etc, need playing time to grow.

If Barca tries to buy players and go for more titles, they won't reach the height achieved by Guardiola. You can see how much time was used to develop these Dortmund and Bayern team. That is what Barca needs to do. Develop their young talents and that goes with a title drought.

Don't really see what all d new hype about the german league is all about. They as about as monotonous as the spanish league, with bayern enforcing the highest level of monopoly. The gap btw bayern and any other club (including dortmond) is 2 wide.
German league is not much different from the spanish league.
Also, on a national team level, no one can match spain (yes her 2 best team where beaten). But I would like 2 see the german national team try this stunt with the Spanish national team b4 I conclude anything

Everyone has figured them out and truth be told, Xavi is old... This guy played at the 2000 olympics in Sydney, for crying out loud... His team mate, Jose Mari, has since gone into oblivion... grin

You lot need defenders and one or two midfielders!!!

Lol...Athletico is not fdormidable but they gang r.aped chelsea in Paris last year. Another spanish team got to the quarter final and youy're yarning dust.
