So we bought a land from the govt and developed it to window level because there was no road or light at that time. a few yrs later a lawyer calls us saying his client mistakenly built on the land after some omonile "tricked" him. On getting there, he has built a mansion on our land and is asking for negotiations. What do you do, where do you even start? |

@OP, you are a lucky dude. The house has become yours except you want to negotiate away your land. What do you want? Your land back? That's simple. Get a lawyer to take charge him to court. Alternatively, trade it off to him and use the proceeds for another Fed Govt land with C of O. The chioce is yours. But seek advise from the lawyer in house NL. |
