If u look at the files given to u at the library, they are five depending on ur dept.
the red one stand for originals. there u will put all ur originals. the 4yellow stand for duplicate. so dat means wat ever u have in the red should be Photo copied 4
times so dat each yellow files have the same document as that in the original.
Now U can go to ur dept u wil be given 5 documents. They are:

1. Form for Acceptance of provisional offer of admission. if they did not give u
five of this u are to complete it by
photocopying then split it into the five file u have then fill it and attach 5 passports to the five. photo copying should be done
b4 filling not after. this form should be the first the screening officer sees wen he
opens each of ur files.

2.Clearance form. it should be done like no1. it should be d second file d S.O sees wen he opens each file

3.Peronal data. done like no1. 3rd in each file

4.Medical form. same tin. 4th in each

5. Form of Guarantee. This should be taken to d court where a barrister, lawyer, magistrate, or watever will fill the space
that says commissioner of oaths...
photocopy and split into the yellows as the 5th

6th in each files should be Statement of result.

7th Testimonial

8th Computersheet

9th Original waec result/ signed letter of verification.

10th Birth cert

11th LGA of origin

then pin your Acceptance teller and medicall teller to it.
The files are to be paforated.
Now notin can stop ur screening.
A week or 4days after screening u can now go and generate ur mat number at d skul cafe N100.
U can now go and pay ur skul fee......

I just came online recently and saw so many post by series of individuals who try to convince and at d same time confuse prospective students..i just want to use dis medium to advice and tell prospective delsu students dat d institution accepts both first and second choice from both indigen and none indigens.if u tink just becos u are an indigine and u can relax, sorry is ur name(i know of a gal dat got 250 in utme last year and also got 51 in putme she applied for sociology and she was not given and she was an indigine o). ur admission solely depends on ur post utme and utme scores(based on merit list). u can post watever question or probs on d thread and if i have an idea about it i would update u..
