YAR'ADUA is the only leader who did not

Leaders from the south don't have feelings for Nigerians,look at Shonekan increasing fuel from 70k to #5, Obj increasing it the way he likes and Badluck Jonathan increasing from #65 to #141,if not public protest to force him to #97.
