“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quite alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. As longs as this exists, and it certainly always will, I know that then there will always be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be. And I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles.”
― Anne Frank.

THE GLORY OF WOMANHOOD
What a special privilege it is to be a woman! The glory of God and creation is a woman fully in touch with herself and with nature. So often you see some women struggling with men, as if men were a superior human species who possess attributes which women are deprived of. What a pity! Be at one with yourself. Allow your body to follow its own natural rhythm, then you will discover how powerful you are.

When you wake up in the morning, drink up to three or four cups of water. For breakfast, take only raw fruit. When you drink water, let it be an hour before or after meals. Do not drink while eating. If you find this difficult, then take as little as possible. Endeavour to drink atleast four litres of water daily.

Your monthly menstrual circle is not a curse. It is God's wonderful work. Even as the universe has its seasons, each one following the other, so also does your body. Follow this rhythm O woman, and it shall be well with you. Do not tamper with it. Your diet, your lifestyle, your thought patten must contribute to the proper functioning of your body.

Avoid overcooked food. The more natural your diet, the better. Junk food, such as, biscuits, ice creams, sugar, chocolate, coffee disrupt the proper functioning of your system. Try as much as possible to avoid them. Eat fruit, such as, pawpaw, plantain, banana, and many others. Eat plenty of vegetables. When you eat rice, beans, yam, eat them with vegetables.
