Good evening House,
Quick question. I reside in Kaduna State, can I go to The State Police Head Quaters to get Police Clearance or any police station can just serve the purpose?
Someome should kindly assist please
If you're like me,I'll advice you to leave PCC out for now as Accra visa office will still ask from you later during medical request.
It's not mandatory submit at the submission stage .....Fred yourself of the stress and save it for future.

Yes......
You can do that if you have the fund and resources to finance it........but if you can actually package a single application carefully with no errors, you really do not need to submit dual application.
Either way...you are cool .

My application was delieverd on the 30th of May, 2014 and my credit card has since been debited on 16th Sept, 2014 but I am yet to receive PER Email. Please how long does it take to to receive PER email? Do I need to do an email to CIC now?
I am getting worried now as most people that got their CC charged on the same date as me have received PER email. Pleaase advise.
Please kindly check through your spam folders tombs sure.Sometimes ,it gets hidden in those folders.
Most applicants with your timelines have received PERS .Do you have a previous UCI number?....if yes,you can check your status with ECAs link.
If all else fail ,you maynhave to send a mail to CIC to ask for the update on your application package.
Whichever way, please keep the house informed.

Hi house
pls i am the applicant, but the proof of settlement funds is in my hus acc. can i use my husbands statement of acc, instead of mine which is not as impressive. i still use my maiden name. i hope all will go well.
and i dont know what the my ielts will be interpreted as i got, i missed over 20pages since i last visited and i am so busy and dont know where sm1 may have put the link or ways to convert the ielts. sorry for the inconvenience- listening 9, reading 9, speaking7.5, writing 7.5. over

Oh never mind about the ielts results calculation, i read 18 of the 20 pages i missed and i saw the table. thank you damkollins.
God bless
but do reply as to using my husbands account, if the pof is in his account and not mine
You can use your spouse's statement of account since you are legally married with a registry certificate to show for it.Your maiden name doesn't really matter so far you are legally married. No matter how unimpressive your own statement of account is,please included in conjunction with your spouse's statement.
Evidence of proof of fund is actually permitted to be submitted from either principal applicant or the spouse oe their joint account provided they are legally married.
For the IELTS calculation ,your result shows you have the maximum 24points........Congrats grin
Cheers.

Hello house, you are doing a great job with all the info wink
My question is this, I used a prefunded master card from fcmb( for footing d bill for my processing fee). Do I need to call my bank to let them know CIC would be debiting my acct anytime...because d card has a pin,and obviously CIC do not have the pin. Thanks in anticipation of a quick response.
You can still go ahead to inform your bank but CIC does not really need the pin from your token to access your account.
I want to assumed you have fill in the card numbers accurately wish the 3 or 4 digit number security code at the back of the card .
Once this has been done ,you will be fine.
You can just inform your bank about an incoming foreign transaction on your card for them not block it.
Cheers

just wondering if physiotherapy falls under this category.
From my understanding on Nigerian education system,Physiotherapy does not fall into this category.
It should be 21 points .
Though not sure but you have to wait until the evaluation is completed to be sure.

Bros, you wont get to know the amount for your WES evaluation until after you fill the form. So let me tell you what i did in my own case. I went ahead to fill the form and after everything, the payment page came up. Instead of clicking on the pay now button, i just left the page.

I then went back to the site when i had money in my account and my credit card was ready and then made the payment.
But the amount should be 299 dollars.

All the best

Yes it indeed it was useful. Thank you so much for this! I am equally about to evaluate my transcripts + certificate into the US BSC equivalent for job purposes and I am also a graduate of UNN, class of 2012 currently studying in the US. I was wondering how the verification process with UNN was like and how long it took and a quick search of 'UNN WES Evaluation' on google brought me right to your post! Seeing that UNN responds to itranscripts requests quickly and as well as to WES evaluation requests, i'll go ahead and apply. Thank you once again.

@princessayinke

You have the option of rewriting the IELTS and making sure you have the maximum points of 24 points so you can meet up with 68 points. That is if you do not have a spouse who can write IELTS for 5 points.

Definitely, General Training. Academic is mainly for admission purposes.

Write IELtS, evaluate your HND certificate with ECA, gather your work history document: employment letter, promotion letter, payslips, letter from employers. All these is to garner 67points. Also read thru this thread there are a lot of info. Goodluck.

Hi princess ayinke...I am a Physiotherapist, and have gotten my PER. ..I can assure you the BPT will give you 23 points and your years of experience wilk give you 13 points . However, you need to retake the ielts and pull your weight...
I had only 3 years experience including NYSC and internship with 22 points in my IELTS and still had 68 points...so my dear...retake the IELTS or wait for express entry hoping Physiotherapists will be there.
