NYSC ALLOWANCE (EN/13C) : A CASE FOR REVIEW

COMPLEMENT of the season fellow nairalanders, i do't know If any Enugu corp member has receive their allowance ? As at yesterday around i receive an alart from my bank. Unfortunately , the useless bank(union bank )did some tin i can't comprehend, NYSC PAID #19,700 but my current bal reflect 18,700. The question is : on what basis was 1,100 deducted ? Course if it were to be for ATM , WE said 1,000 each before we were issued right camp , pls i need you guys to help me address this
.
As for me , i'm layin some count charges on the bank for the followin reasons :
1. Misapproproration of 1,100 (it was't accounted for )

2.wrong alart no.( I filled in my Mtn no for every form i filled in camp through out includin my alart form ,istead , i saw the alart on my glo line. Who on earth gave them my glo line ?

3. Issurance of ATM CARD WITOut a Personal Identification number (all of us that were give ATMs were not given pin & we travel like that ) i'm comin soon wit total . . . . . . . . to Enugu . Thanks

we'v paid our ATM FEE IN CAMP, remember , you can't collect you card wit out givin then 1k of whic myself and so many others did ,

Except you didn't collect your own pin. Everyone I know assigned to Union bank collected their ATM cards and pins together.

Banks don't charge for minimum balance, never! Minimum balance in any bank will reflect alongside the main balance; it's said to be minimum balance as you cannot withdraw your account beyond the amount fixed.

@Timdan, you have a case, a good one at that. Taking into account that you have been earlier charged N1000 for ATM card; charging you an additional N1100 ( under whatever guise) is ludicrous!
Approach the bank for an explanation. If you feel satisfied with their explanation, fine!

whic of the branch do you bank wit ? Mine is 9th miles branch. As for the pin , i can attest to it that i've seen close to 10 people that were not give their pin before leavin camp.
