I learnt if for example your call up number is 20131155, the two middle digits will be used for your posting according to the state and capital number. Meaning that 11 here for example, the candidate will be posted to Enugu please someone should clarify this thanks.

I don't think this is correct, posting should be based on your state of origin.....and incase u notice, the call up number is serially, so how do u expect someone to be posted to his state of origin just because his call up number coincidently contain his state of origin code etc

Hmnn you are right here. The person said it used to be within/between the number not necessarily the number. For example, the candidate may be posted to state 10, 11, or 12...
