radesunbo: Pls I need help! I applied 4 shell on Tuesday,18th June 2013 and got the link dat night. I started d Competency Based Questionnaire the following day, but I can't progress beyond the Question 2 of 18 since then as the "Next" button seems not to be responding after I clicked d "Back" button to reread d instructions (Note: both buttons provided on the site). So I'm stranded for now. I've sent them 3 mails to complain but no response. My test link expires in 1 or 2 days time and Shell has sent me an auto message to remind to complete my test,instead of fixing my issue. Any1 with such problem? Or any advise house?

have you tried relaunching the link? Just copy the link from the mail sent to you and relaunch it. Dats the only solution i know. If it doesn't work, ensure you come and inform us on this thread, so that other persons can make suggestions.

michaeled45: I hate unsupervised online tests because worrying about ur internet connection alone is enough to drop ur performance and speed. All the time I use in monitoring the blue light on my modem cud actually be up 5mins or more
