Fear not the magnitude of the opposition,

Do not be freaked out by promotion,
In disguise could be demotion,

Balance with your future in appraisal,
Because the future is like frost,

For the only key to be alive,
Is to know who you are,
You must first free your mind,
So at last you will not be blind!
