The delta state police Command on Monday arrested five members of a prominent kidnapping syndicate . In a press release on Monday in Asaba , Commissioner of Police , Ikechukwu Aduba , stated “the members of the kidnapping syndicate had been terrorising Warri/Ughelli locations in the state in recent times” .
