A House of Representatives report has indicted the federal government-by implication President Jonathan- of “witch-hunting” Rivers state Gov. Ameachi, by grounding the state's aircraft under claims of false ownership and permit expiration.

The report said Rivers state's claim that its ownership of the plane was held in trust by the Utah Bank was a practice common in the industry and clear, documented and legal.
