Now look at a view of Port Harcourt where we have only about 7 to 10 moderate high rise buildings with the tallest being merely 17 floors. Village clusters mixed with modern houses in almost its entire stretch. The beauty of Port Harcourt is on the road and not its disappointing skylines. Even Aba and Onitsha have better skylines.
