If you have Visa cards, then you will need to have an IPIN for the authentication before your transactions will be successful. In case you want to create an IPIN visit www.facebook.com/ecardex and read one of the posts there for directions or ask any of your bank's customer service for directions.
Note that its the IPIN that you will need for authentications and not the normal password you use at the ATMs.
