If a lady doesn't give you her number, it means she's not into you! For me, giving a guy my number means that:
1. I'm tired of him pestering me for it so I oblige.
2. I feel pity for him after all the "hardwork" to get the number.
3. I'm into him
4. I want to know what's he is up to (curiosity).
