Heard it on Orient fm this morning, forms are available at the state secretariat along port Harcourt road until 10th of next month. Forms are available for only those who have completed their NYSC, another round will hold for nce holders and lower. Come along with two passport photographs. That's the much I heard, may update later.

Pls: This thread is for only those who are interested in the forms or may assist others in anyway. I ban anyone that may want to derail it or discouraged anybody who may benefit from the program in Jesus Name.
