think we shall when theres is proper voter/electoral education mostly amongst the villagers and general voters in nigeria,like the guy up there said adamawa was a good example where voters after voting stood by their votes and prevented ppl from snatching ballot boxes on the whole both opposition and the incument all agreed that it was free and fair and i think we have the machinery to do it only inec lacks the will
