A Leading player in the retail industry in Lagos seek for a suitable candidate for the job position below

Job Summary: To provide tactical and operational support to the MD on all areas of the business operations, while also managing and coordinating the administrative functions of the office of the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage internal and external official documentation (including hard copy files) and correspondences on behalf of or at the instruction of the Managing Director
• Determine and circulate current price list
• Provide timely stock position
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on the progress and overall status of the company’s strategic action plans
• Responsible for the review, reconciliation and daily reporting of the account/financial position with Suppliers
• Provide leadership and assistance on a variety of adhoc and special organizational projects
• Relieve the Managing Director of administrative details by screening calls, scheduling appointments, receiving calls and responding to requests for information and other routine external requests
• Liaise/work with the Head, Administration & Facilities Management in planning and organizing company events and trips involving the Managing Director

Requirements
• First degree in any numerate discipline

Experience

• 2-4 years work experience with at least 1 year supporting a Senior Executive
