And what do you mean are you trying to conclude that f7 is bad or what. Let be appreciate people effort, if not for tecno will ordinary people be thinking about android phone. Beside if you need a high end phone the option is there for you, it is value for your money. As for me tecno f7 is ok with the price it is being sold and the battery is not all that bad as many people comments.

I noticed that phantom A displays unread messages counts(ie numbers) on the message icon.

I love that feature. How do I activate it on my n7? Or is it a stock feature on JB?

That phone is so cool. I know it will be launched on the 10th of July, but do you have a way to get it? Or do you even have access to Gionee Elife E3? That phone is also nice, except for the battery issue which I can live with.

Guy have u been following the thread at all? U don't need any app to take screen shots. Just press power button and volume down button simultaneously, it will capture your current screen immediately.

it's 16m colors..
My Phantom has no battery issue watsover.. For the things I do, a single charge takes me into a second day's evening before I consider charging..
Let me just reiterate here, u can't expect any smartphone, be it Samsung gs4, or Lumia 920's battery to last with the kind of intense gaming i see most nairalanders putting the phone thru. Play processor intensive games and expect ur battery to demand at least 2 charges in one day. All I'm saying is i see sm ppl cm on here and bad mouth the Phantom's battery without stating the kind of games they've been running on it.
For me the phone battery life is good.

Ok, for those complaining about the bat3 i think by now you know even samsung hasn't made a phone that will satisfy your needs. For those who wish to speed up d charging time here is my tip
1. Root your phone
2. Get setcpu from apkmania
3. Reduce ur max clock speed to 835mhz
4. Change ur governor nd scheduler to ondemand and cfq respectively
Download du battery from play store to keep d phone from heating

This will charge ur phone quickly without it getting hot. If u wish to play game as well u can change ur max clock back but dont change d governor.

Enjoy... With this setting brenda can last a whole day with average use.

This post is going to be a fairly long. I've been following this thread and have come to some conclusions regarding this phone.

Firstoff, I am still undecided on whether to buy this gadget or not, would be devastated if I ended up regretting my decision.

Secondly, Godzilla and Physis are both pathetic excuses for human beings, they have tried to derail this thread from day one and by granting them audience you are encouraging their stupidity. Godzilla is a proven liar so take everything he writes with a Bag of salt.

In fact i applaud the patience of the tecno fans on this thread when some malnourised and attention seeking twats come here and insult them for 'buying chinco', meanwhile attention seeking one(zilla) comes on here and bragd about getting good value for money from the same 'chinco' products he/she ordered for, Grade A mugu! I have seen baby orangotans that have more sense than him, real talk - that's by the way.

Tecno fans here have to accept that the F7 has battery issues, maybe not all of them but there are some with defects, so don't just pour cold water on anyone that comes here and a posts a complaint about the phone battery.

As for those with battery issues, are you even following the battery saving instructions that have been given here? I haven't seen anyone that made a complaint come here and say ' I tried following the tips xxl or xyz gave and this was the result', try reducing the screen brightness, off vibration, 3G e.t.c

I used to hate tecno but credit where credit is due, they have improved their product drastically, nice one.

Thot the battery issue has been chucked down to the poor battery readings of the android jelly bean and not the poor battery life apparently you haven't noticed how the fone can last for 3 hrs on the same battery level and then drop 20 percent in the next 2 mins. Battery is not a problem, the way it reads is inaccurate
