JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be managing business relationships and
back office operations in a telecommunication Value Added Services (VAS) company.

Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments in the organization.

Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures,
conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.

Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.

Organising and chairing meetings with staff. This will include setting meeting agenda and taking minutes as well as
managing all administrative document relevant to this function.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Operation Manager.
Previous administrative and documentation experience will be a strong advantage.
Good Documentation.
Excellent Oral and Written communication skills.
People management experience.
Secretarial skills.
Good Organisational (scheduling and co-ordinating) skills.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant
software such as MS Office Suite (e.g. cresting forms, formatting, presentations).
