yes because its a government school and mostly for French students but only linguistics is being offered in english language. just like Nigeria universities that offer all their programs in English language except language course like French. there's an alternative if you can't study in French then you can enroll into one of the private university.

yes registration is already on. come down to the school campus with all your credentials (original) with the processing+registration fee of 150,000CFA. the fee covers translation of all documents into French, legalization and submission. call any of the above numbers while coming for direction.
