Fashola Should Be Grateful To FG For Lagos’ Development- Maku by masterdre: 12:25pm On Jun 04, 2013
The Minster of Information, Labran Maku, on Monday at the kick-off of the 2013 ministerial platform in Abuja said Lagos is the luckiest of all the 36 states in Nigeria as it has benefitted so much from the Federal Government’s Infrastructure.

Mr. Maku said apart from Lagos, Edo is another state that has benefitted a lot from federal infrastructure.

The minister said Edo is benefitting entirely from federal roads while the Logos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, has nothing significant to do in his state than mostly environmental and traffic maintenance.

Lagos and Edo are both controlled by the opposition Action Congress of Nigeria. The governors of the two states, Mr. Fashola and Adams Oshiomhole, respectively, were also very critical of the Nigeria Good Governance Tour (NGGT) initiated by Mr. Maku to monitor state and federal government projects across Nigeria.
