I'd address the quoted post accordingly:
1) We don't do normal delivery for clothes and shoes, except powerbanks, laptops, phones and batteries.

2) Our commission isn't 7% of total item cost but $10/product and when the commission charged is equal to/above $50, a 20% discount is applied.

3) If done properly on the website, the charges will be fair. By fair, I mean, in line with our commission and shipping fee.

4) I wanted to go the manual billing way for you but on second thought, I'm sorry but I can't do that for you. Why? Because if I do so, I'd have to do same for other clients which isn't cool.

However, let me have your username and order number and look into the issue.

Thanks once more for your explanation. However, I plead with you to review the shipping fees and commission on some items like cloths and shoes. Some of the items that I ordered are not up to $10. Charging me $10 commission on the items is fair, but not so fair . Please look into it.

Is there any provision for someone to cancel order and make a new one before making a bank deposit? Please do include that feature if there is none.
