You guys are really terrible. Years ago service was good but now its tràsh.
you Guys made me loose 60k due to your delay and incompetence.
Ordered a phone (ebay) and it took 2 GOOD Months to arrive, phone came and was even defective. If they had handled everything on time. Device could have been returned within the Ebay buyer protection period. But how will you even explain a bad phone to the seller which has been shipped to you guys for good 2 months.

You guys burnt me with your incompetence and still showed no remorse telling me there's nothing you can do.
If it was 350k iphone xs max you'd tell me the same story too . Any one who still deals with you guys is a goner.

60k lost.
Left with a damaged phone .

Thank you for your opinion. I'm sorry you feel this way about us right now and I'm sorry this is all coming from a place of disappointment in us.

When your order was delayed, we informed you and you were also called to offer our apology. When your order arrived and you complained, your order dispute was escalated to the seller but eBay ruled in favour of the seller even after sending pictures and a video. This was explained to you and you also understand how this works. In cases like this, sadly there's nothing else we can do and this is why we do not recommend links at all but can offer suggestions for purchase. Except for our Store service, we do not stock 100% of the products we freight/ship but purchase from vendor sites.

I am sorry you are aggrieved about this order after a quarter. While I don't think this is the right way to go about this, I don't believe you got the best response from our end with respect to this. Please, PM me your account details directly; on the 9th of April, I'll issue you 25% refund spent on this from my personal funds and Specuit will pitch in 25% too. While this won't serve as a holistic solution (because we can't exactly do something about this due to not getting any refund from the seller), I hope it goes some way on behalf of Specuit.
