i am into breeding of dogs i currently av 3.5m but i want to go large am tinkin of get a loan of abt 2m i av good collateral(a duplex) bt i dnt knw if i should go ahead with ma plans |

What you don't focus on wont grow, don't listen to those who say you should diversify for the sake of diversifying, do that only when it's necessary. I know buying purebreeds and co is expensive but I would advice you start with what you have, external loans put too much pressure on you and might see you bailing out on an investment before it is mature to settle a loan, Take your business model apart, find ways you can cut costs (e.g hire instead of buy equipment for the short term) & Goodluck |
