Project Analyst
Overall Purpose of Job
Compiling bids and projects data collection, analysis, planning and management in the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas Industry.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of bids/proposal
• Assist in the review of ALL tender documents and compile materials required for the bid.
• Putting together technical bids.
• Consolidating and compiling commercial bids.
• Ensuring the electronic control of documents.
• Projects planning, resourcing and monitoring.
• Placing a copy of each bid quatation on file and submiting to the client on time.
• Consistently apply project standards
• Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.
• Documents and analyses required information data.
• Ensures up to date certification of assets at all times.
Person specification/ Competences:
• At least two (2) years hands- on experience in technical and commercial bids preparation in the upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas industry
• Hands- on project management knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of the Upstream Sector of the Nigeria Oil and Gas industry.
• Good documentation skills.
• A good University degree or its equivalent.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Excellent MS-Excel/ Spread sheet skills.
• Analytical skills to define and solve problems.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Skill in operating project management softeware.
• Intergrity.
• Good multi-tasking skill.
