Reasons You Shouldn't Register A Company Below 1,000,000 Share Capital by Consultville(m): 12:45am On Jun 12, 2013
I always feel bad, when I hear stories of companies registered and their share capital is below 1,000,000 share capital.

To worsen some situation some agents has price tags for some share capital like 100,000-200,000=N XX,Bleep, 200, 000-500,000= N XX, Bleep

Please always insist on minimum of 1,000,000 share capital from any Registration Agent.

1. It costs the same to register below 1,000,000 and 1,000,000

2. You will have to pay way extra money to increase it to 1,000,000 share capital any time you wish

3. You will pay double to increase to status of a big company i.e 2,000,000 share capital which would have cost less if your company is on 1,000,000 share capital status.

4. Some firm might insists your company is on 1,000,000 share capital status to bid for a contract

Shalom
