Pls I need someone to help me out. I love using whatsapp, actually prefer it to BBM but av found out dat 1ce my subscription expires, I can't chat even when I av credit. I use an MTN line. Thanks guys.

Port to airtel and subscribe to their N100/month unlimited whatsapp plan...

You don't need to port or sub to any data plan first. Just change ur settings on whatsapp inorder to use pay as you surf

If you are given free mb or you had subscribed for any of their data ranging from N100 and above, you would be able to use your mtn on whatsapp. Whatsapp is a third party applicable and doesn't need bis to work with it same with opera mini and others. MTN also have whatsapp bundles ranging from N5/day to N60/month. From experience, airtel whatsapp bundle might not work on some bb phones except you have data available on it. Other service providers like etisalat data bundle works on bold 3 whatsapp.
