Penboy: Whether its been done in a private lab centre or public, it still make some sense. Averall in the form, the name of the hospital wont be there save the test results. You should go a public hospital. But just note that they work with dates (appointments). So if you're been given a far date for the test dont hesitate to try a private lab.

Well i did mine at LASUTH and they gave a slip wich contains all the test in the form and i think it serves as an evidence that the tests were carried out in a government hospital
